Account verification

For security verification, please be prepared to answer questions about yourself or the plan and have your account number handy.

Where to locate your account or plan number

401(k) participants:

  • Single account: Your account number is displayed at the top of the Home page of your dashboard.

  • Multiple accounts: Each account has a unique account number. Find them by clicking on the Accounts button in the main menu, then navigate to your desired account. The account number will be displayed toward the top of the page.

Plan sponsors/administrators:

Click on your company name in the main menu. Your plan number is listed within the dropdown menu.
